Thanks Tyler. I have just started watching the all-new Dr Who (I’m a little behind because I don’t have satellite or cable). Yeah, I love to see what biblical allusions and metaphors I can get from from shows and movies and I like to use them when I write, vlog, or preach… in fact most people really like this, especially if they have seen the movie. Great blog. I too love the new Dr Who and remember thinking about this episode for a while after. I do like the angel of light angle though, hadn’t thought about that. It’s amazing what stuff we can pull out of pop culture if only we would take the time to think. I love to watch TV shows and movies and draw out the biblical comparisons… something I feel you like to do also. Great blog, great site. Love what you’re doing for our Lord!
