		<description>You&#039;re spot on Ruth.  Expectations are the killer... so to speak.  So much is expected of many Pastors... they are expected to be preacher, teacher, counselor, servant, leader, program coordinator, supervisor, secretary (in some cases), youth person (in some cases), outreach point person, administrator, chairman, evangelist, and still find time for coffee whenever we want!  A lot of hats for one head...  </description>

		<description>Good thoughts there Chris.  Pastors are often under-appreciated, underpaid and overworked.  The congregation usually has no idea of what they do with their time, but the expectations are still incredibly high.  It must be difficult to set boundaries around those expectations.  I guess that&#039;s why God created answering machines. </description>
