Expectations are the killer... so to speak. So much is expected of many Pastors... they are expected to be preacher, teacher, counselor, servant, leader, program coordinator, supervisor, secretary (in some cases), youth person (in some cases), outreach point person, administrator, chairman, evangelist, and still find time for coffee whenever we want! Pastors are often under-appreciated, underpaid and overworked. The congregation usually has no idea of what they do with their time, but the expectations are still incredibly high.
