Yesterday (10th January, 1010) I preached this message at Crossroads Community Church in Sechelt, BC. In the message I talk about how we have become a “me” fixated people and ask the question, “Is there anything that can be done about our me-ness?”
Above is the MP3 recording of the sermon and below is the link to the PDF version of this sermon. Either way, be challenged and inspired as you listen or read… or both!

Great message. I don’t usually listen to full sermons but you kept me attention throughout. I loved the Monty Python ‘wafer’ bit… really made me think. I have emailed my friends the link to this sermon and have pasted a link on my FaceBook wall. Bless you Chris. Jessica (Florida).
Thanks for your comment Jessica. I’m glad you were able to listen to the sermon and get something from it. I hope the weather down there in Florida is better than it is here on the Sunshine Coast, BC… rain and wind!
Once again, a grand slam! The struggle with selfishness is the toughest fight, and there are moments when I am a champion on the wrong side. Not to sound self-righteous, but It’s also something I have seen so prevalent in the church that it actually saddens me. And it’s not always so visible in ways of the naked eye, but sometimes hidden even in humbleness, pain and servitude. Thanks for the message, and to your serving.
Once again, thanks Robert. You’re so right… in the world we live in selfishness is so prevalent EVERYWHERE! We cry out why is there suffering and famine and war and disease, and yet all of this can be traced to someone somewhere having a bout of “me-ness”. Thanks for your continued support Robert (and Elis)… it’s really humbly appreciated
