I am a Pastor in Dallas, Texas, and I often feel like I'm preaching to a bunch of deaf people. I had a meeting a while back with the leadership of my church and it seems to be a problem from the top down. I am currently doing a series called "Stop, Look, and Listen" and I have included a lot of personal stuff in them about this very issue. Thank you for addressing this sensitive issue.
